1. Open the Revolut Business app on your mobile device or in your browser.
2. Click your profile and go to Help from the app menu.
3. Navigate to Merchant payments > Revolut Reader and product catalogue and choose one of the topics and questions.

Returns and warranty​

The Revolut Reader comes with a 12-month warranty. Faulty readers covered under the warranty will be replaced free of charge; however, issues caused by mishandling are not covered and will not be replaced. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you return the reader within 30 days of the purchase date, we'll refund its cost to your Revolut Business account.
